Landscape Analysis of Digital Health Surveillance Tools

We are conducting a global review of digital health surveillance tools to understand current trends, applications, and the effectiveness of managing public health data across the world.

Initial findings from Phase 1 of our study, presented at the Harvard Africa Health Conference 2024, reveal the growing adoption of digital health surveillance tools across Africa, with many countries investing in innovative technologies. However, challenges such as data privacy concerns, infrastructure limitations, and the need for local capacity-building remain key hurdles to widespread implementation.

ScienceConnect: Digital Research Communications with the Public

This project is focused on developing digital templates and frameworks for effectively communicating scientific research progress and findings to the masses. We are currently creating online resources that guide scientific research organizations and researchers in presenting their findings through clear visualizations, compelling narratives, and accessible language. By equipping organizations and scientists with these tools, we are enabling them to share their work and its implications with diverse audiences across digital platforms. This initiative supports the enhancement of scientific literacy and promotes informed public discourse around scientific advancements.
